THE GENESIS OF THE TECH FOR LIFE HUB

The COVID-19 crisis has emphasized the urgency of addressing health, education and environmental issues and more, in priority neighborhoods.

Technology is an essential acceleration tool for

help us achieve these goals.

This is the mission we have set for "humain", to use the Technology as an accelerator for impact driven innovations that are solving problems in the Environment, Health and Education sectors.

Together, let's create the “Tech For Life Hub” in France and

internationally to support initiatives created and developed by social entrepreneurs from underserved communities.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Societal and environmental issues are much more prevalent in priority neighborhoods that do not have access to technological tools and / or qualitative support solutions. It is about giving a voice to these entrepreneurs of tomorrow, in France and internationally.

OUR APPROACH

The objective is to start our initiative with the City of Pantin, in the North East of Paris by creating a pilot project.
A place that provides an ecosystem of skills, training, funding and adequate tools to support impact Tech projects developed by residents of the eastern suburbs of Paris.

The Tech For Life Hub is an international initiative and our ambition is to create a family of social entrepreneurs in France and abroad.

MONTHS

We offer a program designed around the identification of the needs of the selected projects. Each module is taught by recognized experts on technical themes (Coding, Business Dev, Digital Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.) but also focused on coaching and mentoring specific to each project.

Our goal is to best prepare this new generation of social entrepreneurs to develop their impact Tech innovations and to provide them with the best tools to maximize their chance of success until they are funded.

SELECTED PROJECTS

Candidates will have met our ethics principles and all the questions asked in the form to be sent to us.

An evaluation panel composed of a representative of each of our partners will select a maximum of 5 projects.

DIPLOMA

Each candidate who has validated the entire program will be awarded the "Tech For Life Diploma" equivalent to a 1st year bachelor level.

Processus de sélection des projets

L’appel à projets est ouvert pendant 8 semaines permet aux candidats de présenter leur structure et projet par le biais d'un formulaire à remplir en ligne.

Le jury de sélection vise , lors des présentations des projets sélectionnés, à vérifier les critères d’éligibilité des projets, leur impact, leur potentiel de transformation commerciale ainsi que la composition et la motivation de l'équipe fondatrice.

A l'issue de ces présentations, le Jury de sélection validera les 5 projets sélectionnés.
